Tim Roots brings growth expertise to Montoux as new Director of Global Partnerships

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND (September 16, 2019) - Montoux is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Roots to the Montoux team, as Director of Global Partnerships based in the Wellington head office.

Tim has spent the previous decade working in growth-related roles across several international markets, accumulating a wealth of experience ranging from launching new businesses and services into new markets, through to developing and scaling a range of product and service partnerships.

The opportunity to join our team piqued Tim’s interest as he learned more about Montoux from Chief Operating Officer Toni Moyes, whom he had worked within the past. Tim says, “The more I delved into the company, the more excited I became. Everyone's feedback centered on the value Montoux was already generating for clients and their huge potential for future growth."

Tim will be focused on building a range of different brand, data, technology, and advisory partnerships to better enable Montoux to bring our services to the world whilst also enhancing the ability of our partners to grow their businesses into new areas.

His first few weeks at Montoux have been, in his own words “a whirlwind”, with the Wellington team continuing to expand in size and moving to a new office space. With no time to waste, Tim has already been out seeing clients and partners across our Asia Pacific markets,  building on existing relationships and looking to future opportunities in these markets.

Tim has really valued having the opportunity to meet many of Montoux’s clients and partners early on, saying “It’s enabling me to see the impact the company is having across its markets and the huge growth opportunities that exist."
