Matt Ralph brings customer success experience to new Sydney office
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (November 18, 2019) - Montoux warmly welcomes leading life insurance professional Matt Ralph as our new Director of Customer Success for Australia and New Zealand. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to Montoux with almost two decades of experience as an actuary and financial services professional.
Matt joins Montoux from AMP in Sydney, where he was Head of Pricing and Underwriting Policy during a period of significant change for the business and wider industry. Whilst at AMP, he was instrumental in modernizing the company’s approach to insurance pricing through the use of technology.

Based at Three International Towers office space in Sydney, Matt will lead Montoux's Customer Success capability across the growing Australasian customer base. A large part of this is ensuring Montoux’s customers are wildly successful and experience an ROI based value uplift within six months of signing onto the platform. Matt will be at the forefront of making this happen, helping Montoux’s Australiasian customers offer the right products, at the right price, to the targets.
With a background in general insurance pricing and strategic innovation, Matt is passionate about the need for life insurers to take a more strategic view on pricing. “Having worked with Montoux over several years, I share their vision of empowering insurers to make sophisticated pricing decisions that enhance the value of their business,” he says.
